I was always a bit surprised when generative AI wasn't necessarily being spoken about in the marketing and sales context. I do think as agents get better they make a very fundamental difference. I am however skeptical of AI agents performing well in the next 18 months.

What's the most profitable for a corporation besides improving productivity in engineering? Oh it's definitely in business development and sales.

How would you elaborate on the definition of lead enrichment? Where's the key difference being made in layman terms?

Lead enrichment = turning a basic contact into a useful one. AI pulls info like company size, role, funding, tech stack so reps know who’s worth reaching out to and why.
